2. Information You Give Us

We collect information you choose to provide, including when you:

  • Submit an estimate request or contact form
  • Call, text, or email us
  • Apply for a job posting
  • Send us artwork, vehicle photos, or project files
  • Ask to be added to a mailing list

Depending on what you send, this may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing or service address, vehicle or fleet details, project descriptions, uploaded files and artwork, and — for job applicants — resumes, work history, and any other information included in your application.

We do not request sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website. Please do not send that information through our web forms.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:

  • IP address and general geographic location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time on page, and referring website
  • Date and time of your visit

This information is used in aggregate to understand how our site is used and to improve it.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site functioning properly, remember preferences, and measure site performance.

Analytics. We use website analytics tools to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. These tools may set their own cookies and collect usage data subject to their own privacy policies.

Third-party widgets. Our site includes embedded third-party content, including a reviews widget that displays customer reviews from platforms such as Google. These embedded services may collect data about your interaction with them and set their own cookies. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Your choices. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to it, our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to estimate requests, questions, and messages
  • Prepare quotes, proofs, work orders, and invoices
  • Schedule and perform installations and service
  • Communicate with you about a project in progress
  • Process payments and maintain business records
  • Evaluate job applications
  • Send marketing or promotional messages, where you have asked to receive them or where permitted by law
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us operate — website hosting, email and form delivery, analytics, payment processing, CRM and scheduling software, and marketing platforms. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us.
  • Vendors and subcontractors. Where a project requires it — for example, a material supplier, print partner, or subcontracted installer — we share only what is necessary to complete your job.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfer. If Print Lab Wraps is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Portfolio and Marketing Images

We photograph completed work and may use those images in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. These images show vehicles, buildings, and installed graphics. If you would prefer your project not be used this way, tell us in writing before work begins and we will honor that request.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You send information to us at your own risk.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain business and accounting records, to honor warranty obligations, and to comply with legal requirements. Project files and artwork may be retained so we can reproduce or repair graphics later. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

  • Opt out of marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly. We will still send transactional messages about active projects.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity, and we may retain information we are legally required to keep.
  • Control cookies. Through your browser settings, as described above.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. As noted, we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.

11. Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to other websites, including social media profiles, review platforms, and material manufacturers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

14. Changes to This Policy
