Estimates are based on the information, measurements, artwork, and vehicle or surface details you provide at the time of the request. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise, and are not binding until we issue a written work order or invoice and you approve it.
Pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if the condition of the vehicle or surface differs from what was represented, if artwork requires additional design time, or if material costs change materially before production begins. We will notify you before proceeding with work that exceeds an approved estimate.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before we order materials or begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the vehicle, product, or installation is released.
We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Minnesota law. You are responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees, on past-due accounts.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun.
Customer-supplied artwork. You are responsible for supplying print-ready files that meet our specifications. We are not responsible for output quality resulting from low-resolution, incorrectly formatted, or improperly color-profiled files. Additional charges may apply for file preparation, recreation, or vectorization.
Design services. Where we create artwork for you, design time may be billed separately. A reasonable number of revision rounds is included; additional revisions may be billed at our standard rate.
Proof approval is final. We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully for spelling, grammar, phone numbers, web addresses, dimensions, colors, and layout. Once you approve a proof in writing, you accept responsibility for its content, and we are not liable for errors it contains. Reprints or reinstallation required due to an approved error will be billed at full price.
Color. Colors displayed on a monitor or printed proof may differ from final production output due to differences in screens, substrates, inks, and laminates. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a physical sample has been produced, approved, and paid for in advance.
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other content to us, you represent and warrant that you own that content or have the necessary rights and licenses to use it and to authorize us to reproduce it. You agree to indemnify and hold Print Lab Wraps harmless from any claim arising out of our reproduction of content you supply, including claims of copyright or trademark infringement.
We retain ownership of original artwork, design files, and production files we create, unless the transfer of those files has been separately negotiated and paid for. You receive a license to use the finished product as installed.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Print Lab Wraps name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Print Lab Wraps and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Preparation. Vehicles must arrive clean and free of wax, sealant, ceramic coating, road grime, and debris. We may charge a cleaning fee or reschedule installation for vehicles that arrive unprepared.
Paint and surface condition. Vinyl adheres to the surface it is applied to. We are not responsible for damage to paint, clear coat, trim, glass, or substrate that occurs during application or removal where the underlying surface was already compromised. This includes, without limitation:
We will inspect the vehicle and notify you of visible concerns before proceeding, but we cannot detect every latent defect. Where we identify risk, we may require a written acknowledgment before installing.
Disclosure. You agree to disclose any prior paintwork, bodywork, or known surface issues before we begin.
Turnaround estimates are good-faith projections, not guarantees. Timelines may be affected by material availability, weather, artwork revisions, vehicle condition, and shop capacity. We are not liable for losses arising from delay, including lost business or revenue.
Vehicles left with us are stored at your risk. We maintain reasonable care and security but do not act as a bailee for value and are not responsible for theft, vandalism, weather damage, or loss of personal property left in a vehicle. Please remove valuables before drop-off.
Vehicles not retrieved within ten (10) days of completion notice may incur daily storage fees.
Materials. Printed and cast vinyl films, laminates, and paint protection films carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage periods, and exclusions vary by product and will be provided on request. We will assist you in submitting a manufacturer warranty claim.
Installation. We warrant our installation workmanship against lifting, peeling, and bubbling attributable to installation error for one (1) year from the date of installation, subject to the exclusions below.
Exclusions. Our warranty does not cover:
Care. Following the care and maintenance instructions we provide is a condition of warranty coverage. Hand washing is recommended.
Wrap and graphics removal is billed separately unless included in a written quote. Removal time varies substantially with the age of the material, sun exposure, and the condition of the underlying surface. Vinyl left in place beyond its rated life is significantly harder to remove and may leave adhesive residue.
As described in Section 6, we are not responsible for paint damage occurring during removal where the underlying paint was aftermarket, previously repaired, or already failing.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content of your graphics complies with applicable law, including USDOT and state motor carrier identification requirements, licensing and registration display rules, municipal sign codes and permitting, and advertising regulations for your industry. We produce what you approve; we do not verify regulatory compliance on your behalf.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before work begins, you grant Print Lab Wraps permission to photograph and video completed work and to use those images in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. We will honor a request to exclude your project — just let us know.
You may cancel an order before production begins, subject to forfeiture of any non-refundable deposit and payment for design time, materials ordered, and work already performed. Custom-printed materials cannot be restocked and are billed in full once printed.
To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product, service, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunity, loss of use of a vehicle, or downtime, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of site content, including pricing, portfolio descriptions, product specifications, and availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to work performed by Print Lab Wraps shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dakota County, Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this website at the time you authorize work governs that work. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with your approved estimate, work order, and proof approval, constitute the entire agreement between you and Print Lab Wraps regarding the work described, and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
