Four commercial spaces, and the variable that drives every material call: what the wall is made of.

Plenty of commercial interiors are perfectly functional and completely anonymous. Somebody signs a lease, moves in, and two years later the space still looks like it belongs to whoever was there before.
Graphics are usually the cheapest fix available. No construction, no contractor, no permits for interior work, and most of it happens over a weekend while nobody's in the building.

The surface decides the material, every time. Smooth drywall will take almost anything. Block, brick and heavy texture need film built to conform, and if it doesn't get that, the graphic lifts at every seam within a month or two.

Window vinyl earns its keep in a lot of these buildings because it does two jobs at once. Branding from the parking lot, privacy and glare control from the desk. Conference rooms and street-facing offices are where it comes up most.

Send a few phone photos of the walls you're looking at and rough measurements if you have them. That's enough for us to tell you what's possible and roughly what it costs. More on building and facility graphics.
