A satin black R8 and a red GT500. Why wraps come off clean, and where a rushed install gives itself away.

People get nervous about wraps because they think of them as permanent. They aren't. A color change wrap sits on top of the factory finish, protects it from sun and rock chips for as long as it's on there, and comes off when you're done with it. Lease returns, resale, a change of heart three years from now, all fine.
Two cars that came through recently.

A car with this much body sculpting is where install skill actually shows up. The film has to stretch down into the deep channels without thinning out, and it has to stay there. Wrap it too aggressively and it looks perfect on Friday and starts creeping back out of the recesses by the following month.

Stripes are their own problem. Lay them a quarter inch off center and every single person notices, even the ones who couldn't tell you why the car looks wrong.

Thinking about a color change? The vehicle wraps page covers materials and what it runs. Or just send us a few photos of the car.
